We are more than just an online gambling platform. 99slot is built on one simple belief: every Malaysian player deserves a fair, safe, and genuinely enjoyable entertainment experience – no compromises.
The name 99slot is more than just a name — it represents our commitment to delivering the best experience to every player who joins our platform. We started this journey with one simple question: what does an online casino player in Malaysia truly need? The answer is not just a wide game library or big bonuses. It is about trust, transparency, and a gaming experience that is smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.
99slot founded by a team of digital entertainment industry professionals with a combined experience of over 15 years in online casino platform development across Asia. We have an in-depth understanding of the Malaysian market – from the passion for Super League and EPL football, to the excitement around international badminton, and the growing interest in esports and modern slot games from leading Asian providers like PG Soft and Spadegaming.
From day one, our principles have never changed. 99slot operates under a valid, regulated international gambling licence, with security systems that meet the highest industry standards. All our games use software independently audited by third-party certification bodies – ensuring every spin, every match, and every outcome is truly random and fair.
What sets 99slot from many other platforms operating in Malaysia is that we built this platform with Malaysian players as our primary focus – not as a secondary market. This means every interface, customer support channel, payment method, and promotion is designed specifically around the needs and preferences of local users.
Mission 99slot is to be Malaysia's number one preferred online casino platform by offering the widest game selection, the most competitive match odds, and the smoothest user experience – all within a safe, licensed, and responsible environment. We are committed to continuously listening and responding to the needs of our player community.
Long-term vision 99slot is to build a strong Malaysian player community where every member feels valued, protected, and gets the best experience for every moment they spend with us. We believe responsible entertainment and an outstanding gaming experience are not mutually exclusive – and we work hard every day to prove it.
Milestones we are proud to share with the Malaysian player community

Customer support team 99slot operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – in Bahasa Melayu. We understand that issues do not wait for office hours, and we are always ready to help whenever you need us.
Ask any member of the founding team 99slot about how it all began, the answer is almost always the same — frustration with what was out there. At the time, Malaysian players who wanted to play at an online casino had no choice but to rely on foreign platforms that simply did not understand local needs. Deposits in foreign currencies, customer support with no Malay language option, payment methods that were not suited to Malaysian users, and not a single Liga Super Malaysia match on their sports listings.
That was a clear gap in the market, and we decided to fill it. 99slot built from the ground up with one clear goal: create an online casino platform that feels like it was truly made for Malaysians, by people who understand Malaysia. Not a rough translation of a foreign platform, not a copy of a generic template — but something that genuinely understands the tastes, needs, and lifestyle of local players.
Building something great does not happen overnight. We spent nearly two years in the research and development phase – interviewing hundreds of players from Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak to understand what truly matters to them. The result is a platform that is not only visually polished, but also functions in the most intuitive way possible for Malaysian users.
Today, 99slot proudly serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. From first-time players trying online slots in Kota Bharu, to seasoned VIP players at exclusive baccarat tables from their homes in Kuala Lumpur – every single one of them is part of the community we have built with pride.
Growth 99slot has never wavered from our original commitment. Even as our game library grew from a few hundred titles to over 1,000, as our live dealer tables expanded from a handful to more than 50 active tables, and as our team continued to grow – the core values that shape 99slot remains the same: integrity, security, responsibility, and excellence in serving our players.
Key milestones in our journey as Malaysia's premier online casino platform.
The core principles that guide every decision we make as a platform
We never compromise on transparency. All bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, and platform policies are stated clearly and openly. No hidden clauses, no unpleasant surprises.
Player data and funds are protected by top-tier security technology. We also provide responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options — for every member.
We constantly strive for the best – from the quality of games we choose to offer, to the response speed of our customer support. Being average is simply not good enough when you can deliver something exceptional.
99slot is more than a platform – we are a community. We listen to player feedback, value loyalty, and constantly strive to improve based on the real experiences of our members across Malaysia.
We partner with world-class providers to ensure an unmatched standard of game quality
PG Soft and Spadegaming have a deep understanding of Southeast Asian player preferences. Their slots feature culturally relevant themes, fan-favourite game mechanics, and competitive RTP of up to 97%.
Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are the most respected names in the global live casino industry. HD streams from their professional studios deliver a live dealer experience that is truly unmatched.
NetEnt, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, and Big Time Gaming bring cutting-edge innovation from Sweden and Malta – the creators of Megaways, xWays, and slots that have set the benchmark for global industry standards.
At 99slot, we believe that good entertainment is responsible entertainment. While we want every player to enjoy a fun gaming experience, we are equally aware that gambling can carry risks for some individuals when not managed wisely.
That is why we provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to every member directly from their account. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that prevent you from depositing beyond the amount you define yourself. You can also set loss limits and session time limits — all of which take effect immediately and can only be reduced after a designated cooling-off period.
For those who feel they need a longer break from the platform, 99slot provides temporary self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to one year, as well as permanent self-exclusion. We also list professional support resources available in Malaysia for anyone who needs additional help managing their gambling habits.
Platform 99slot also enforces strict age controls. Registration requires valid age verification and we do not accept members under the age of 18. This is not merely a licence requirement – it is a moral responsibility we take seriously.
Read more about Responsible GamingOne thing new players frequently tell us is how easy it is to get started at 99slot compared to other platforms they have tried before. This is entirely by design. We invested significant time in usability testing with players from diverse backgrounds – from young professionals in the Klang Valley who are accustomed to digital apps, to a lecturer in Kelantan trying an online casino for the very first time.
The result is a platform that feels natural to anyone who uses it. Registration takes under two minutes. Depositing via Touch 'n Go eWallet can be done in just a few taps. Moving between slots, live tables, and sports betting odds is straightforward and intuitive — no lengthy guide needed.
For more seasoned players, 99slot offers far more depth than meets the eye. Our VIP programme is structured across multiple tiers, each with increasingly exclusive rewards and privileges — from access to private VIP tables, higher cashback rates, and priority withdrawal processing, to a dedicated personal account manager for our highest-tier members.
We also actively engage with the Malaysian player community through relevant promotional campaigns – from special offers during the EPL and Malaysia Super League football seasons, to exclusive promotions over festive periods like Hari Raya and National Day. 99slot more than just an entertainment platform – we are part of the Malaysian community.
Real experiences from 99slot players across Malaysia
"I've tried a few platforms before, but 99slot is genuinely different. Transactions in Ringgit, Touch 'n Go deposits processed in under 30 seconds, and customer support that responds in Bahasa Melayu. Most importantly – all the slot games are here, no need to jump between platforms to find PG Soft or Pragmatic. One account for everything. It's been my go-to platform for nearly a year now."
"I'm a serious baccarat player. Before this, I was stuck playing on platforms with interfaces that looked like they were from 2010. 99slot has Evolution Gaming tables that are genuinely top-tier – crisp streams, professional dealers, and Speed Baccarat is available too. The VIP programme is properly structured with reasonable cashback. Withdrawals of RM and above go through in under 10 minutes via DuitNow."
"I love the Match Odds section on 99slot because it has full Malaysia Super League coverage. Other platforms either don't have it or it's really limited for some reason. In-play betting during Johor DT matches is smooth too, with real-time odds updates. Putting together a parlay across multiple matches on a single ticket is straightforward. There's always a weekend promo for EPL matches as well – it really makes you feel valued as a sports bettor."
